When this two-family building in downtown Jersey City needed an upgrade, the homeowner called our team in to help. We worked together with the homeowner to renovate a unit as an investment property, and the results exceeded expectations.
Before we started work, the ground-level apartment had an awkward layout. It featured two bedrooms and one and a half baths, but it also had plenty of tight spots and too-small, overly cramped spaces. As you can see from the Project in Process post, there was plenty of work to be done!
We completed a full gut remodel and transformed the apartment into an inviting three bedroom, two bath unit with a much more accessible layout.
