We’re excited about our recent expansion into the Cedar Grove community, where we are in the process of a wonderful Full Home Renovation!
At Houseplay, we focus on Design and Build projects, working with our clients all the way from concept to completion. We specialize in large renovations that include multiple spaces throughout houses, and this project is a prime example.
As you can see from the Before pictures below, the house was roomy and promising, but somewhat lacking in artistry. Our clients want a more up-to-date home with a clean, light, fresh look and feel.
The new homeowners have not yet moved in, which is an ideal setup since it affords them the peace and quiet of living elsewhere while we work our magic!
In addition to it helping logistically, waiting to move in allows them to personalize their new home. (Don’t want to do a custom-built home? Our customized renovation process really is the next best thing.)
Our interior renovation is currently underway. While we’re focusing on kitchen and bathroom remodels, significant changes will happen across multiple floors and rooms of the house.
The kitchen, master bathroom, second bathroom, powder room, foyer, bedrooms, and laundry room will all receive upgrades and improvements.
The scope of work includes demolition, carpentry, installation of new cabinets and appliances, electrical work, and plumbing work. We’ll also complete staircase repair, hardwood flooring installation and refinishing, and painting.
