It’s your classic homeowners’ nightmare: a fire that rages through your space. In this case, only a portion of our clients’ home was severely damaged, but many of the finishes needed to be replaced. As you’ll see from the before photos below, the main areas in need of rehabilitation are the kitchen and the upstairs bedroom.
However, the homeowners wisely decided to make some additional upgrades and take their whole space to a new level. For a relatively minor additional investment, they elected to change the layout of their bathroom and make it much more functional. They’re planning to sell soon, and having a freshly redone property will help them in the local market.
For this Jersey City Heights project, our team will complete a full gut remodel, giving the kitchen and bathrooms a total face-lift with new flooring, painting, and appliances. We’ll also do some exterior work, replacing all siding in order to spruce up the curb appeal.
Since this is an older house, we’re going to stay true to its character even as we give it a chance for a fresh start.
Stay tuned for the “after” photos to see the total transformation!
